Adding People

How to add a new profile:

  1. Login to your dashboard
     
  2. From the top, black menu, select Content manager then Create Content then Person

  3. Go to the person's Contact Information tab and enter their full name, first name, and last name in the correct fields

  4. If you have received permission, enter the person's email and phone number. The phone number should have a space after the area code and a dot before the last four numbers.

  5. If they have an office, select the building from the drop down menu then enter their Room Number.

  6. On the right side of the page, in the box labeled Display this person on the main directory select Yes unless specifically told otherwise.

  7. Click Save.
