On-Campus Housing: Students With Children and Couples Without Children

Munger Graduate Residence

Located adjacent to Stanford Law School, the Munger Residence is at the heart of the university. The furnished apartments offer fully equipped kitchens, contemporary furniture, spacious living areas, wireless Internet, and comfortable bedrooms. One-bedroom apartments are available for married students and students with same-sex or opposite-sex domestic partners.

Escondido Village

Located about a mile away from the law school, Escondido Village is an apartment complex that houses couples and students with children. Nearly all couples live in one bedroom apartments but there are eight two-bedroom loft apartments available. Students with children live in one, two, and three apartments. Most family apartments/townhouses are arranged around grassy, fenced courtyards with play equipment and sand pools. Housing is available for married students, students with same-sex or opposite-sex domestic partners, and single parents.
