The final round of the 2003 Kirkwood Moot Court Competition will be judged by Hon. Guido Calabresi of the Second Circuit, Hon. Susan Graber of the Ninth Circuit, and Hon. Michael McConnell of the Tenth Circuit. The case being argued is North Jersey Media Group, Inc. v. Ashcroft, 308 F.2d 198 (3d Cir. 2002).
