David Ervine gives a talk titled "Moving from Paramilitary to Political Strategies in Northern Ireland". Mr. Ervine is a member of the Belfast City Council of Northern Ireland and the Chair of the Progressive Unionist Party. He was an ex-prisoner during his service in the Ulster Volunteer Force, a member of the All-Party Talks in 1998, and a former member of the Northern Ireland Legislative Assembly
