Last week, the House passed the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, and the bill is now before the Senate. The bill would grant FDA authority to regulate the advertising, marketing, and manufacturing of tobacco products. SLS 3L Patti Zettler will present background on the legislation and lead a discussion of its implications.
