The Robert Minge Brown lecture will be held this year in conjunction with a climate change liability workshop held by law students from the Environmental Law Journal. This year's lecture, "Skating on Thin Ice: Climate Action One State at a Time," will be delivered as a lunchtime keynote address by Byron Sher, Law School professor emeritus and former California State Senator. This event is organized by the Environmental Law Journal.
