John D. Ciorciari, a long-time Senior Legal Advisor to the Documentation Center of Cambodia, will present a discussion on the tribunal's origins and basic features, providing a critique of the challenges and successes of the first three years of operations. He will focus on three primary areas: judicial, administrative, and public outreach.
