Kathleen Bloch, SLS '81), is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Echelon Corp., a NASDAQ-listed technology company headquartered in San Jose, CA. Previously, she was a partner at Wilson Sonsini with a practice in corporate finance and securities law. She will speak about the broad role of a public company general counsel and contrast it with her experience as "outside counsel" to public companies when she was at Wilson Sonsini.
