This four hour workshop is intended to help public interest students become more powerful public speakers since oral advocacy outside the courtroom is just as critical. First priority goes to our 3L graduating Public Interest Fellows. This workshop will go beyond just technical presentation skills to also include content. The training will focus on the following areas:
. Relaxation techniques and vocal and physical preparation exercises
. Technical performance skills including effective use of eye contact, body and voice to convey your message and influence an audience
. Audience/speaker dynamics
. Individualized feedback for each participant
. Content development
