Cass R. Sunstein is the Karl N. Llewellyn Distinguished Professor at the University of Chicago Law School and Department of Political Science. One of the most prolific and popular law professors in the nation, he has written on topics ranging from the environment to constitutional interpretation, behavioral economics, judicial politics, and the growth of the administrative state. He has advised members of the executive and legislative branches about legal issues relating to national security.
