The Stanford Constitutional Law Center, the Center on the Legal Profession, and StanfordACS will host a special screening of the Alliance for Justice's 15-minute film, A Question of Integrity: Politics, Ethics and the Supreme Court, followed by a panel discussion with Professor (and former federal judge) Michael McConnell and Professor Deborah Rhode. The film and discussion will focus on whether the Supreme Court should be held to the same ethical standards as other federal courts by applying the Code of Conduct and reforming the Court’s recusal process.
