Warren Hellman is Chairman and Co-Founder of Hellman & Friedman, a San Francisco-based private equity investment firm. Since its founding in 1984, it has raised and managed approximately $16 billion of committed capital with a strategy to be a partner to management in select industries. In addition to being an investor and director of a number of public and private companies, Mr. Hellman is also an active philanthropist in the Bay Area.
