The International Law Society, the National Security Law Society, and the Latino Law Students Association present Ambassador Jose Sorzano.
"Cuba: Post-Castro Scenarios"
Ambassador Sorzano is a former U.S. Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations (1983-1985) and Special Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs for Latin America (1987-1988). He has also served as the President of the Cuban American National Foundation, and the Country Director for Colombia for the Peace Corps. Ambassador Sorzano was born in Havana, Cuba in 1940. His lecture will focus on U.S. policy towards Cuba, specifically in the post-Castro era.
