The Environmental Law Society presents a talk by David J. Hayes. Mr. Hayes will discuss the carbon offset program that is being developed by the Woods Institute.

Mr. Hayes is the Global Chair of the Environment, Land & Resources Department at Latham & Watkins, and he served as the Deputy Secretary of the Interior during the second term of the Clinton Administration.
