William F. Kullman is an attorney with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) within the Department of Justice. He is an expert in efforts to combat illicit arms trafficking internationally. His insights into the legal and policy issues surrounding arms trafficking will address important international and national security legal issues of interest to SLS students.
