Prof. MacDonald has conducted research trips to the Center for Drug Research in Amsterdam, to the EMCDDA in Lisbon, and to various national drug prevention institutes in Brussels, Caracas, Guatemala City, and San Jose, Costa Rica. He is an expert on the problem of international drug trafficking and is going to address this issue as it relates to international law.
