The International Law Society and Federalist Society jointly sponsor a discussion with Karol Boudreaux on rule of law and economic development challenges in Africa. Karol Boudreaux is a senior research fellow at the Mercatus Center, lead researcher for Enterprise Africa!, a research project that is investigating enterprise-based solutions to poverty in Africa, and a member of the Working Group on Property Rights of the U.N.'s Commission on Legal Empowerment of the Poor. Professor Boudreaux will discuss her field work over the past three years, including work in Rwanda, South Africa, and Namibia.
