The current macro-economic environment presents significant challenges for Silicon Valley and the venture capital industry. The IPO window remains largely shut, funding sources are drying up, consumer demand is declining and acquisition prices are down. Which strategies can Silicon Valley firms and investors follow to adapt to the new economic realities? Panelists include Bill Coleman, CEO of Cassatt, Corporation, a leader in providing software to make data centers more efficient, Joe Grundfest, professor of law at Stanford Law School and co-director of the Rock Center for Corporate Governance, Lisa Lambert, Managing Director of Intel Capital, and Patricia Sueltz, President & Chief Executive Officer of LogLogic.
