SIGNAL resumes meeting to bring together law, neuroscience, and other interested grad students, postdocs, and faculty to discuss current issues and foster collaboration and discussion. In this meeting, we will workshop a forthcoming publication by Jonathan Marks on "Neuroscience and National Security," with the goal of publishing a multiple-author Open Peer Commentary alongside the article in the American Journal of Bioethics-Neuroscience.
