    Michael L. Perlin is professor of law, director of the online mental disability law program, and director of the international mental disability law reform project in the Justice Action Center at New York Law School. Professor Perlin will discuss the relationship between the Supreme Court's decision in the Panetti case (on the relationship between severe mental illness and the death penalty) and the use of neuroimaging testimony.
