The fifth annual Morrison & Foerster Lecture in honor of Marshall Small will be delivered by Professor Michael C. Jensen, Jesse Isidor Straus Professor of Business Administration, Emeritus, at Harvard Business School.

The Beyond Agency Theory: The Hidden and Heretofore Inaccessible Power of Integrity lecture will begin at 6:00 pm in Paul Brest Hall, Munger Graduate Residence, and will be immediately followed by a public reception.
