Mónica M. Ramírez, JD’04 serves as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice. Ms. Ramírez provides legal and policy advice to Assistant Attorney General Thomas E. Perez on issues related to immigration, police misconduct, including racial and ethnic profiling, non-citizen workers’ rights, language access and other areas of civil rights enforcement.
