In this session, Professor Pfeffer, Thomas D. Dee II Professor of Organizational Behavior, delivers important insights to help you get and stay on your path to power. His new book and his talk cover a wide range of topics including: building efficient and effective social networks, creating a favorable reputation and why it's important to do so, how to act and speak with power, coping with opposition and setbacks.
