The Stanford Program in Law, Science & Technology presents "Patent Protection in China: The View From the Chinese Supreme People's Court."
The program will feature a keynote speech by Honorable Kong Xiangjun, Chief Justice of the Intellectual Property Chamber of the Chinese Supreme People’s Court.
Justice Kong’s Chamber has a significant influence on the development and enforcement of China’s patent law. In addition to adjudicating cases; it issues Interpretations on how to interpret and apply the patent law and how patent cases are litigated both substantively and procedurally.
