On Thursday, February 23, 2012 SLS BLSA will hold its annual “Law Student for a Day” Program whereby middle school students from KIPP Bayview Academy will have the opportunity to visit SLS and be exposed to law school culture. The program is organized in collaboration with one of BLSA’s community partners, Boys Speak Out, Inc., a national nonprofit dedicated to youth development. The day will include a tour of the school, discussion groups with students and lunch. The theme of the program is to emphasize the BSO, Inc. 3 keys to success: hard work, dedication and surrounding one’s self with positive people. We are very excited about working with KIPP Bayview and BSO, Inc. again this year.
