In November, California voters will go to the polls to vote on a "Three Strikes" law reform initiative drafted in part by Stanford Law School students. A panel including Stanford Law School Professors David Mills and Larry Marshall, Three Strikes Project Director Mike Romano, and Norman Williams, a former inmate sentenced under California's Three Strikes Law will discuss the history of the law, how it has been applied in California, and what the future may hold.
