Noah Long is an attorney working with NRDC’s Energy, Lands and Wildlife Programs. Noah’s work with NRDC has focused on regulation of electric and gas utilities to align company and customer incentives to minimize the societal cost of energy services. Recently, Noah joined NRDC’s Western Renewable Energy project where he works to promote and implement renewable energy deployment and climate policies in western states, primarily in legislative and regulatory proceedings.
