Law Jobs Involving the Biosciences!
- Advances in biological sciences (particularly genetics, neuroscience, assisted reproduction, and stem cell research) and their legal, ethical, and social implications?
- Or intellectual property issues in biotechnology and bioscience research?
Do you have:
- A background in science and want to combine your interests in law and science?
- No scientific experience, but you want to learn more about an emerging area of law?
If so, stop by the Law and Biosciences Information Lunch to learn more about the field of Law and Biosciences, Stanford's community of scholars, and how you can get involved. Professor Hank Greely, the Center for Law and the Biosciences, the BioLaw and Health Policy Society, SIGNAL (The Stanford Interdisciplinary Group in Neuroscience and Law), and SIGNS (the Stanford Interdisciplinary Group on Neuroscience and Society) will be together to explain what we do and why we do it, and to discuss this exciting, interdisciplinary field. Lunch will be served.
