EPIC has a formal summer internship program, with about 300 applications for 8 positions, and a one-year post-graduate program.

EPIC routinely file amicus briefs in federal appellate courts, testifies in Congress, submits comments in agency rule makings, and pursues FOIA lawsuits. Over the last few years, EPIC has also brought suits concerning the airport body scanner program, EPIC v. DHS, the secrecy of government computer security policy, EPIC v. NSA, and the protection of student privacy rules, EPIC v. DOE.
