Judge Thelton Eugene Henderson is currently a federal judge in the Northern District of California. He has played an important role in the field of civil rights as a lawyer, educator, and jurist. He was also the Assistant Dean of Students at SLS in 1969, where he established the minority recruiting program and helped diversify the student body, and assisted in creating Stanford's clinical program.

He will be at SLS for the Swearing-in ceremony and would like to meet with students over lunch.  So, take a study break and come enjoy some good food and good conversation.
