Robin Feldman, Professor of Law at UC Hastings and Director of the Law and Bioscience (LAB) Project joins us for a talk on the patentability of genes and diagnostics, currently at issue in the Supreme Court. Feldman is an expert in intellectual property and bioentrepreneurship, and lends a unique perspective to a controversial topic.
