The judges will talk about their paths to becoming a judge; what makes for good judging; how judging differs between trial and appellate, and between state and federal courts; maintaining collegiality on fractious courts; and current challenges facing the courts. A reception with wine and light appetizers will follow. One hour of general MCLE credit will be offered.
