Diversity Speed Networking Event & Reception

 

The BALRA Diversity Committee is happy to announce that we will be hosting our 3rd Annual Diversity Speed Networking Event on Thursday, April 11th  at UC Hastings, College of the Law. Sponsoring firms will have the opportunity to send two attorneys to meet with 1L students with diverse backgrounds from UC Berkeley, UC Davis, GGU, UC Hastings, Santa Clara, Stanford, UOP McGeorge, and USF.  

 

The evening will begin with a 60-minute networking program followed by a reception. During the speed networking portion, participants will engage in 6 one-on-one conversations, each lasting 10 minutes. Suggested topics of discussion will be provided to the participants to assist the flow of conversation, and attorneys and students will have the opportunity to continue networking during the reception. Registration and seating will begin at 5:30 pm and the event will wrap up at 8:00 pm.
