Join us for an evening of spirited discussion between two icons of American politics. On the eve of the 40th anniversary of California’s Political Reform Act, we are honored to host a conversation on the past, present and future of campaign finance reform.
The panel will include Former U.S. Sen. Russell D. Feingold and Judge Ken Starr and will be moderated by Pamela S. Karlan, Kenneth and Harle Montgomery Professor of Public Interest Law at Stanford Law School
