Public pension plan trustees are under a present and continuing obligation to ensure that their decisions with respect to plan administration and investment of system assets are fully compliant with their fiduciary duties. This presentation will examine the recommendations of the Stanford Institutional Investors’ Forum in the Clapman 2.0 Report that are designed to assist trustees with the development of a governance structure and policies that support legally sound trustee decision making.
