The Criminal Law Society presents a lunch time event on Restorative Justice, its effectiveness and the role it can play it shoudl play in our society. Lunch served to attendees!

Speakers:

Camille Perrier Depeursinge:

A current LLM and a Swiss lawyer. During her PH.D work, she studied restorative justice and specifically victim-offender mediation. She also studied how mediation was stipulated in criminal law and how it has been practiced in Belgium, France and Germany. 

Sonoo Thadaney
Director, SPRC Program Development and Stanford Health 4 America
Sonoo spearheaded Stanford's Restorative Justice Pilot, serves on the Boards for San Mateo County Court's Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs, and for the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center. She teaches conflict and decision coaching at Stanford and U.C. Berkeley Extension.
