At his one year anniversary at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, Chief of Staff Andrew Byrnes returns home to the Bay Area to share his insights about the technology revolution, the role of intellectual property, related Administration policies, and how each of us can take a "seat at the table" and make an impact. Byrnes will reflect on his transition to the public sector following sixteen years in private law practice in Silicon Valley, and on his work at the intersection of technology, law and politics.
