The FLC aims to use the law as a tool with which to alleviate the plight of girls and women globally. With millions of women and girls being trafficked for sex slavery, the reproductive right of women in jeopardy, and countless other barriers to the well-being of women and girls, the Feminist Law Collective (FLC) deems it necessary to take bold, new creative moves to voice the perspective of women and girls through the law. The FLC will facilitate active feminist networking across law school, across the legal profession and across nation. FLC aims to act courageously and with sophistication as it brings women’s rights into the human rights discourse and facilitates a continual discussion of women’s issue.
