We see increasing billable hour requirements, decreasing professionalism, and a more dominant focus on the bottom line. We are committed to educating and encouraging our classmates to join us in conducting well-informed job search that reward firms who embrace balanced expectations and flexibility and avoid firms that only contribute to the growing problems confronting our profession.
