Professor and Co-Director of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic Jeffrey Fisher is quoted by USA Today in a story about Justice Samuel Alito's first year as a Supreme Court Justice:

"He's bringing his prosecutorial experience to bear in oral arguments," observes Stanford University law professor Jeffrey Fisher, who specializes in criminal defense cases and has argued four times before Alito on the high court. Fisher adds that Alito's background appears to make him more sympathetic to federal prosecutors. "He has not yet shown any interest in second-guessing the federal government," Fisher said.
