Professor Mark Lemlley is quoted in a Daily Journal article about a bill that seeks to combat Internet piracy:
Zoe Lofgren who sees a threat to innovation in this bill has received support from a group of intellectual-property law professors, including Mark Lemley of Stanford University and Pamela Samuelson at the University of California, Berkeley.
The professors wrote in the letter to lawmakers that the provision would have "little impact on commercial piracy" but could act as a deterrent to "a wide variety of lawful uses."
