The Wall Street Journal Law Blog announces Anthony Falzone, Lecturer in Law and Executive Professor of the Fair Use Project, will represent Brave New Films in a suit against talk radio host Michael Savage and Talk Radio Network:

With the copyright battle between Premise Media, Yoko Ono and EMI just recently extinguished, the Fair Use Project is back at it. On Friday, with the help of Bingham McCutchen, the Fair Use Project’s Tony Falzone, representing Brave New Films, filed a suit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against talk radio host Michael Savage and Talk Radio Network.
