This article discusses REC v. Wisconsin Right to Life that was argued in front of the Supreme Court of the United States on Wednesday. It challenges the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act, better known as the McCain-Feingold Law. Kathleen Sullivan, director of the Stanford Constitutional Law Center, is quoted:

"Both sides in this case are trying to figure out how do you give enough breathing room for voluntary associations to band together and speak not just in support of abstract ideas but in support of those issues that are being decided by their legislators," said Kathleen Sullivan, the former dean of Stanford Law School, who filed a brief on behalf of Wisconsin Right to Life.
