CDT Pins Antispyware Hopes On Private Pressure On Advertisers
"Washington Internet Daily" quotes Center for Internet and Society Executive Director and lecturer Jennifer Stisa Granick about spyware laws.
Jennifer Granick, exec. dir.-Stanford Center for Internet and Society, agreed spyware-fighters should be "squeamish" about criminal provisions.
