Center Will Study The Globalization Of Law
The National Law Journal mentioned the work of the Stanford Center on the Legal Profession:
Indiana University Maurer School of Law has launched a Center on the Global Legal Profession to scrutinize legal systems and the practice of law worldwide.
Directed by William Henderson, the center will promote research and scholarship on the globalization of the profession. Henderson, a professor at the Bloomington campus and a legal profession scholar, will work with fellow law professors and the university's sociology department. The center will coordinate projects with the American Bar Foundation, which brings together scholars from Stanford Law School, Georgetown University Law Center, Northwestern University School of Law and other top schools.
