This article points out that in an attempt to create an exemption to a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) ban on circumventing technical copy protection, the Copyright Office may have created a "Pandora's Box." In this context it is mentioned that Professor Lessig has been successful challenging the constitutionality of recently expanding copyright laws.
