Court Finds NJ Users Can Expect Privacy From Internet Providers

"Newsday" quotes Center for Internet and Society Executive Director and Lecturer in Law Jennifer Stisa Granick about a New Jersey appellate court decision in which Internet service providers must keep personal information of computer users private.

"It's a much better balance than everything being fair game just because you use the Internet," Granick said.
