Stanford Law School Dean Larry Kramer sends his regards. So does Law Professor Joseph Grundfest, a former SEC commissioner who runs the conference every year. In his introductory remarks, Grundfest just held up a copy of this week’s Barron’s magazine, which happens to include a cover story on Yahoo by my colleague Mark Veverka. The piece is pretty bullish about Yahoo; Carol should be in a good mood.
