Documentarian of "Deadliest Man Alive" defending himself from the "Black Dragon Fighting Society"
The directory Boing Boing reports:
Floyd Webb is making a documentary about Count Dante, a notorious martial arts legend..."
But William Aguiar III of the Fall River Black Dragon Fighting Society has filed a federal lawsuit claiming that the documentary's website (thesearchforcountdante.com) infringes on his copyrights.
Fortunately, the Stanford University’s Fair Use Project, Grand Master Lawrence Lessig's copyright dojo, has the film-maker's back.
