Stanford Law's Securities Class Action Clearinghouse is referenced in a Houston Chronicle story about a record settlement between Enron and its shareholders resulting from a class action lawsuit following the company's bankruptcy in 2001:

The $7.2 billion in settlements is the largest ever in U.S. securities litigation. The second-largest was WorldCom's $6.1 billion, according to the Securities Class Action Clearinghouse at Stanford University.
